Seattle residents are warned to be on the look out for door to door salesmen roaming local neighborhoods swindling locals with a discount Cryotherapy scam.

“It sounded like a great deal,” said Shirley De Santiago of White Center, “but when I paid them the $20 they told me to strip down to my skivvies and just hoisted me into a big pile of snow. That was only worth $5 at the most!”

We’ve received a variety of reports claiming these men are dumping buckets of snow down people’s pants and shirts, filling up pie tins with snow then shoving them in people’s faces, and pointing off into the distance then pushing residents into piles of snow

In lieu of shelling out money for door to door cryotherapy, area residents are encouraged to just go outside for a little while.
